We start with an exhaustive audit of your current interface. This preliminary analysis is essential to highlight any pain points that may be affecting the user experience. We examine crucial aspects such as navigability, ergonomics, visual consistency, as well as user paths and interactions.
Our aim is to identify areas where users may encounter obstacles or frustrations, in order to understand the underlying reasons for these problems.
We continue our collaboration with a phase of understanding your mission, your values, your market targets and your short- and long-term objectives.
In addition, we work on benchmarking current trends and best practices in your sector. This enables us to position your site competitively and anticipate future market developments.
Finally, we carry out an in-depth study of your users. This research includes analysing their behaviour and needs when they visit your site. By understanding the end user, we can design a realistic user flow.
We draw up a zoning plan and define the basic structure and layout of the elements on your web pages. This initial approach allows us to visualise the information architecture freely and creatively.
We then move on to creating wireframes. We develop functional mock-ups that bring the initial zoning to life. The emphasis is on the user experience and interaction with the site.
The third stage involves creating text styles and colour styles. We select fonts, colour palettes and other stylistic elements that reinforce your brand's visual identity and improve accessibility.
We are continuing the project with the development of mock-ups and a library of components, forming the design system. This library centralises all the reusable design elements.
Finally, we complete the process by creating a high-fidelity prototype. This prototype is a near-real version of the final interface. It allows us to test user interaction, gather feedback and make adjustments before the final launch.
We work on design progressively. We develop our first designs for mobile devices, the most widely used screens. We adapt and refine these designs for tablets, and then for the desktop.
