Used technologies
In Monaco's constantly evolving property sector, AIBB wanted to modernise its website to meet the expectations of a demanding clientele and offer an optimised user experience.
One of the key technical objectives of the project was to automate ad management: all properties added to the agency's CRM had to be instantly visible online. The new website had to both display classic properties and give users the option of logging in to view 'off-market' offers (selling or buying a property discreetly).
Each ad provides a wealth of information about the property: title, price, photos, detailed description and technical specifications. A PDF file of the property details is available for download.
At the same time, we have created a login area that allows users to consult "off-market" offers. These exclusive properties are often reserved for a specific clientele and are not published publicly in order to preserve their confidentiality.
We have integrated the Immo Toolbox API into the site's back-office to ensure efficient management of the property ads displayed. This API automates the display of properties online as soon as they are added by the agency.
Thanks to this connection, ads are organised according to their type: sale or rental, and offices or flats. This system makes it easier for users to find properties by providing quick, clear access to property information.
To optimise site performance, we have set up a cache system using Redis Object Cache. The cache reduces page load times and provides a faster browsing experience for users.
As well as improving speed, this optimisation also contributes to the site's SEO performance. Faster loading times encourage crawlers to visit pages more frequently, which improves indexing by search engines and optimises the site's natural referencing in the medium term.
To enhance the user experience, the site offers advanced search filters. Users can refine their property selection according to specific criteria such as their choice of area in Monaco, surface area and price. This makes their search easier and enables them to quickly target properties that match their needs.
A direct WhatsApp contact option has also been integrated into the homepage. This allows customers to contact the agency in just a few clicks if they have any questions about the properties.
Users can save the properties that interest them in a list of favourites, so that they can keep them for future visits.
To enrich the site and offer added value to visitors, we have written property advice pages covering a range of topics, including buying, rental management, letting and commercial property. A page dedicated to presenting the agency has also been created, telling the story of the agency and the sales teams.
To meet the needs of an international clientele, we deployed an automatic translation extension making the site accessible in French, English, Spanish and Italian.
On the SEO side, several tools were deployed to boost the site's visibility on search engines, including an XML sitemap, a breadcrumb trail and the robots.txt file. The addition of meta tags (title and meta-description) ensures better page positioning and optimal indexing for each content item on the site.
